deborahDeborah Adams has over 20 years of highly successful and diverse commercial real estate experience focused on expansion of multi-unit growth companies with extensive experience in neighborhood grocery anchored centers and single tenant development. Over her years of experience she has established strong relationships with key landlords, developers, commercial real estate brokers and national retailers.

She began her career in asset and property management with The Leo Eisenberg Company and later worked in brokerage and development for The Beach Company and Zimmer Development Company in the Southeast and the Mid-Atlantic with a concentration on neighborhood anchored shopping centers and single tenant development.

She has held senior real estate and leadership positions with Tesco/Fresh & Easy on the West Coast, Safeway/Vons in Southern California & Nevada, Food Lion/Delhaize in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast, Blockbuster Video in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast and McDonald’s in the Southeast.

At Capital Realty, Deborah is focused on consulting service and supports the company’s overall activities.


EMILY A. ISEMINGER, Senior Vice President

emily_iseminger_bw_2Emily Iseminger brings over 30 years of experience to Capital Realty. Throughout her career, she has worked in tenant and owner representation providing full service development and leasing of retail shopping centers and outparcels.

Emily began her real estate career with KFC and went on to hold positions with McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Church’s Fried Chicken, Round Table Pizza, Home Fed Savings and Loan, Marriott and Sheraton Hotels. She later became an in house consultant to provide real estate roll out strategies including Koo Koo Roo, Deidrich’s Coffee, Baja Fresh, Fat Burger, Juice Stop and El Pollo Loco.

More recently, Emily has provided leasing, repositioning and sale of Safeway/Vons owned real estate portfolio. To date over 100,000 square feet of shop space has been successfully redeveloped and leased and over 17 closed stores have been leased or sold.
