Our Story
It all started in Washington, D.C.
We worked as in-house real estate execs for some of the best retail brands. Leading teams and working in cross functional teams rolling out fast paced expansion strategies. East Coast to West Coast and Internationally. All while maintaining and protecting existing portfolios. You may recognize brands from our early days - McDonald’s, Hardee’s, Kinko’s, Safeway, Vons, Food Lion/Delhaize. Who remembers the fast paced expansion of Boston Market, Blockbuster and Tesco’s Fresh & Easy? We were there too.
We knew there were emerging and established brands who could benefit from our experience and expertise.
So, we built a company focused on representing tenants. It’s that simple.
Using our major market knowledge, experience, and relationships, we have represented some of the most forward thinking brands in the industry. We have helped acquire locations with tight barriers to entry and create opportunities that seemed impossible. Drybar, Bellami, Healthy Spot, Cycle Gear, RevZilla, Vons, Walgreens – when they needed to scale, when they needed to solve a problem, they called us to help make it happen. We delivered.
Today, we work West Coast to East Coast and Internationally.
We are headquartered in California, office in South Carolina and global reach with our ITRA Global strategic alliance.
