Mr. Adams brings more than 25 years of highly successful and diversified experience in development for expansion of multi-unit growth companies with extensive experience in commercial real estate and negotiation strategy. Adams oversees all aspects of the company’s retail development projects.
In his career, Mr. Adams has served as Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, National Director of Real Estate for Kinko’s, Inc., and Regional Director of Real Estate for Eckerd Corporation, as well as Director of Real Estate for Boston Market.
Mr. Adams is a graduate of The University of Alabama and a Certified Public Accountant. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a long standing member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Desiree E. Garcia
Vice President, Retail Investments
Ms. Garcia leads the acquisition and business development efforts for Capital Realty Inc. Garcia looks at development opportunities in the southwest, ranging from ground-up retail developments, to infill and redevelopment opportunities.
Prior to joining Capital Realty Inc., Garcia was an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of retail properties in Southern California. She previously served as a director and senior consultant for various Fortune 500 companies, such as AmerisourceBergen Corporation and Allegiance Healthcare. Her consulting skills and financial background assist her to successfully meet and exceed her client’s needs and expectations.
Garcia is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles, California and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
